How I became a photographer

I first discovered photography while living in Italy. I wanted to capture the beautiful scenery and wonderful lifestyle I experienced throughout my time there. While my first camera was used and dated my initial images were not very good, but I was hooked. I have since been on a journey to learn as much as I can about photography and continusily improve my skill set. 

My name is Michael Magee and I am a dog and landscape photographer residing in the Pacific Northwest.

I particularly enjoy capturing dogs just being themselves in natural environments demonstrating who they are and why we love having them in our lives.
